The Northfield Township Road District is hosting a free document shredding event on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the North Shore Senior Center, 161 Northfield Road, Northfield, IL 60093. This event is open to all township residents and is provided at no cost.

About:The Northfield Township Road District (NTRD) is an independent unit of local government serving the residents of Northfield Township in Cook County, Illinois. Established under the Illinois Highway Code (605 ILCS 5/), the NTRD is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and improvement of township roads and right-of-ways within its jurisdiction.
